Shipping and delivery policy

1. Digital only

GenWeb delivers digital services. Nothing is shipped and no address is needed for delivery.

2. When things happen

A website is built within a few minutes of you describing your business, and you can look at it immediately — before any payment.

Publishing takes effect within a few minutes of payment. If you connect a domain of your own, it can take up to 24 hours for the certificate to be issued and for the address to work everywhere.

3. Confirmation

You will get an email confirming any payment, and your credit balance and subscription are always visible in your account.

4. If something does not arrive
