1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vector Web Technologies. By using GenWeb you accept them.

2. What the service is

GenWeb builds and hosts a website for your business from a description you provide. The result depends on what you tell us: the more accurate your description, the more accurate the site.

You own the content you give us and the content generated for your site. We host it for as long as your subscription is active.

3. What you promise us

That the details you give us are true, that you have the right to use any photos or text you upload, and that you will not use GenWeb to publish anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.

4. Paying

Building your first website is free. Publishing is charged annually in advance, and edits and extra pages are charged from a credit balance you top up. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change, but a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

5. If you stop paying

Your site stops being served when the subscription lapses. We will tell you before that happens. A domain you purchased through us remains yours.

6. Limits of our liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of GenWeb. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
